We will get back to you within 24 hours answering any questions that you may have. We will then book an on-site visit to inspect the area and go from there.

What Can We Expect At The First On-Site Meeting?
The owner of the business will meet with you onsite, discuss ideas, complete a measure up and answer any questions about your proposed project.
How Long Before I Receive A Quotation And Plans?
We send out a full detailed quotation within 24 hours of the on-site visit.
How Do We Choose The Fittings And Fixtures?
Once the quotation is accepted we will do another meeting on-site to choose all fittings and fixtures. We will bring brochures and samples for you to choose from. There is a huge range of products and fittings available. Your choice will depend largely on your individual taste and budget.
How Long Does A Renovation Take?
The average length of time from strip out to final completion is around 3-4 weeks for bathroom and kitchen renovations. Completion time can be affected by the complexity of the project. Our Project Manager is also the builder. He is on-site overseeing all stages of the renovation and ensuring that the renovation proceeds smoothly.
Do You Organise All Tradespeople?
Yes, we use a team of highly skilled tradespeople. Our onsite Project Manager coordinates the various tradespeople to complete the renovation in a timely and efficient manner.
Is All Work Guaranteed?
All our renovation work is covered by a five-year warranty. Waterproofing is completed to the Australian Standard Codes for Waterproofing. Certificates of Compliance are also provided for all plumbing and electrical work.
